What's Included: Surfing Lesson (1.30 hours): Expert-led session to learn or perfect your skills. Surf Lounge Access (1.30 hours): 2 complimentary drinks (soft drinks or mocktails). 2 cocktails or 2 beers Gourmet burger to satisfy your cravings. Keepsakes: 10 photos and a 15-second highlight video of your surf adventure. Vibes: Chill music, sunset views, and a relaxed beach-inspired setting. Can I cancel or change my booking after purchase?

Aquaverse tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once if requested at least 24 hours before your original visit date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done through our support team. Please email us or contact us through the platform where you made your booking (e.g., our website, a travel agent, or a partner OTA) with your order number and preferred new date.

Are there any restrictions I should know about before visiting?

Yes, for your safety and enjoyment, some attractions have height, weight, and health restrictions. Certain rides may not be suitable for young children, pregnant guests, or those with specific medical conditions. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but food and beverages are available for purchase inside the park. Lockers, changing rooms, and showers are provided for guest convenience.
