Can I cancel or change my booking after purchase?

Aquaverse tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once if requested at least 24 hours before your original visit date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done through our support team. Please email us or contact us through the platform where you made your booking (e.g., our website, a travel agent, or a partner OTA) with your order number and preferred new date.

Are there any restrictions I should know about before visiting?

Yes, for your safety and enjoyment, some attractions have height, weight, and health restrictions.
