No refunds, exchanges, or cash redemptions will be granted under any circumstances. Please check all details before making payment. Tickets purchased in the same transaction must be used to attend the event together. They cannot be split for different users or different days. Concert tickets that include water park access must be used on the same date as specified and cannot be used on a separate day. Tickets grant access to the concert only. Other services such as accommodation, food, and beverages are not included unless specifically stated. Please purchase tickets only through authorized channels. Unauthorized resale or commercial use of tickets may result in cancellation without refund. The organizer reserves the right to change event details (e.g. artists, time, venue) without prior notice and without compensation. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or safety concerns, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event as deemed necessary. Prohibited items—including weapons, illegal substances, cameras, video/audio recorders, and e-cigarettes—are not allowed in the event area. Attendees must present a valid ID/government-issued document to redeem wristbands. Registration on behalf of others is not allowed. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to individuals under 20 years of age. By attending the event, you agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions.
