Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase and Event Entry

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances. Please review all details before making payment.
Tickets purchased in the same transaction must be used together on the same day. Entry cannot be split between different attendees or dates.
This ticket is for concert entry only. Water park access is not included.
This ticket does not include other services (accommodation, food, beverages, etc.) unless explicitly stated.
Please purchase tickets only through authorized channels. Unauthorized resale or commercial use may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
The organizer reserves the right to change event details—such as performers, time, and venue—without prior notice and without compensation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or safety concerns, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event as deemed appropriate.
Prohibited items such as weapons, illegal substances, professional cameras/video/audio recording devices, and e-cigarettes are not allowed in the event area.
Attendees must present a valid ID/government-issued document to exchange for a wristband. Registration on behalf of another person is not allowed.
Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to persons under 20 years of age.
